Dr Jenny Elwell-Gerken

Dr Jenny started at Stoke Veterinary Hospital after relocating to Nelson from overseas with her family in 2026. She graduated veterinary school in 2009 and has been in almost every part of the industry from large animal to small animal, emergency medicine and acupuncture.

She and her family brought 3 pets with them to New Zealand – Casey and Princess, both chihuahua mutts, and Delilah, the cat who rules the house. When she’s not practicing, she’s either curled up with a good book or hiking somewhere in the mountains.
