We are excited to announce a new on call partnership with Town and Country vets in Richmond.
From Monday September 22nd, we are delighted to advise we will be sharing after hours with Town and Country Vets. They are a very well-respected clinic with excellent patient care, and we know that you and your pets will be well cared for by their team.
On Tuesday – Friday nights, Town and Country will be on call to our clients for any after-hours emergencies. The team at Stoke Vets will continue to be available on Saturday – Mondays nights.
To access the emergency vet service on any day, please continue to call our clinic number (03 547 7891) and this will be diverted to the appropriate place. There will be a comprehensive phone triage, before being referred through to the Vet on call if needed. On the weekends, this triage service will be provided by VetChat, who Best for Pet Wellness Plan clients will be familiar with. This service is free for Best for Pet Wellness Plan clients but will be charged if the triage does not result in an after hours vet consult for non members.
If your pet needs to be admitted for care at Town and Country, we will help organise transfer back to Stoke Vets when it’s safe to do so, for any ongoing care.
Town and Country Vets have recently shifted to 3 Brock Way, Lower Queen Street Richmond.
Our daytime hours and availability will not change.
