Our team are focused on delivering high standards of medical and surgical care, alongside excellence in client service. We are looking for someone with the with energy and drive to make a real difference. You will also have a solid sense of business acumen and a sound understanding of appointment book-based businesses. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to be able to adapt to change quickly, while demonstrating a proactive attitude with a positive thought process and friendly, approachable demeanour. Attention to detail and a keen focus on culture and growth of team members is a must. You’ll need to be able to work independently, however, guidance from your Regional Manager is readily available along with support of other Practice Managers across VetPartners clinics. The role includes, but not limited to:

  • Ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice
  • The coordination of all practice administrative tasks (including rosters, stock control and facilities management)
  • Planning and conducting team meetings including training topics
  • Performance management, review and development of the nursing and reception team
  • The implementation and coordination of staff training programs, health, safety & wellbeing
  • Liaising with management to ensure the financial goals of the practice are met
