On occasion there may be some products you require which we do not hold in stock. These products include pet food, treats, collars, leads, toys, pet beds and grooming equipment.
We are now able to offer you this online service where you can request us to order in products we do not hold in stock as a “special order”.
Product availability will depend on wholesaler stocks and our frequency of orders placed through specific wholesalers. Please indicate if you require any items you have requested urgently and are happy for us to place a separate order to a wholesaler for them. Please note, you may be required to pay freight costs for items you request urgently where we have had to place an order separately from our regular orders.
Once you place your special order you will be sent an email within 48 hours giving you information on the expected delivery dates of your products. Please contact us immediately if the expected delivery dates are not suitable or you wish to change or cancel your order. Please note “special orders” cannot be cancelled if the product has been already shipped to us.
The service is only available to clients registered with us. If you are not already registered please feel free to call us to register on 03 547 7891.
All products ordered are to be picked up from the clinic. Products not picked up within 5 working days of arrival will be charged to your account. If you wish to have your products shipped to you please use our online store.
